Created especially for menopausal women, these nurturing yoga sessions provide a sanctuary to find stability amidst change. Amy is a yoga teacher and group facilitator specialising in teaching a range of embodiment practices that can be used to help support holistic health and wellbeing. Inspired by nature’s cycles and seasons, HawthornWellbeing has been offering mindfulness, yoga, coming of age circles, community/workplace workshops and retreats in Yorkshire since 2018.
