Mother/Daughter Yoga Classes
✓ Designed for mums and girls aged 8-13
Join us in the unique setting of The Arch Barn as we follow a simple story yoga flow together which includes breathing practices, partner yoga and a guided relaxation. Held in a calming circle of support.
£15 each per mother/daughter pair.
Sibling / family discount available.
Simple meditations make up part of the container that gently holds these sessions for girls aged 8-13 and their grown up. It strengthens their inner light and builds confidence in their ability to self regulate when experiencing big emotions.

Amy Baxter
Amy is a yoga teacher and group facilitator specialising in teaching a range of embodiment practices that can be used to help support holistic health and wellbeing. Inspired by nature’s cycles and seasons, HawthornWellbeing has been offering mindfulness, yoga, coming of age circles, community/workplace workshops and retreats in Yorkshire since 2018.
